Kelly Martin
Director of Business Operations
Kelly provides executive support to Shayne, manages the team by leading our weekly Team Meeting, and ensures our procedures and processes are running smoothly in order to execute successful projects and satisfiy clients!
Jordan Storey
Account Manager
Jordan works closely with our residential and commercial property clients to staff, organize, and coordinate events. She uses her creativity and strategic planning to execute unique activations in order to help our clients reach their goals.
Christie Jo Mayo
Event Staffing Manager
Christie Jo coordinates with the Operations Department to assist with administrative tasks to help keep the company running more efficiently.
Britt Douyon
Senior Project Manager
Britt works closely with our Account Leads in a dual role, ensuring on-site management maintains our highest level of professionalism and efficiency while assisting with organizing, staffing, and coordinating events. She supervises the project management unit to ensure a polished and aligned team is present for all future staffing needs. Her dedication to the company and the overall goal of bringing enjoyment to every event continues to yield client satisfaction and delight.

As Distribution Assistant, Autumn works closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate and maintain distribution services for our clients. She helps ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time, providing exceptional support to both clients and team members while contributing to the successful execution of every distribution campaign.

Charles brings over 20 years of event and production experience to his role as Operations Coordinator, working in tandem with the Urban team to improve processes, assist in event planning and execution, and ensure that team members, clients and stakeholders have the tools they need. He firmly believes that successful events are always about the people.
Jason Bonduris
Concierge/Guest Services The Hub at Peachtree Center
I provide professional concierge and guest services at Peachtree Center, assisting tenants, visitors, and guests with information, directions, building services, and general customer service needs. My responsibilities also include providing restroom access codes, assisting with building communications and newsletters, and becoming a commissioned Notary Public to provide notary services as needed. I help ensure guests have a welcoming, professional experience while addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
