OBJECTIVE & GOALS

  1. Drive traffic and create a community gathering spot with an experiential and engaging event for the Fall.
  2. Encourage people to explore all areas of the centers to learn about new retailers and restaurants.
  3. Create a variety of programming to appeal to different demographics served by the center.

SOLUTIONS
We designed and activated a fun, family-friendly and interactive Fall festival for the Avenues shopping centers, both in affluent suburban communities. Event strategies included strategically setting up different activities around the complex for guests to explore and discover tenant offerings where our professional event staff welcomed and engaged them. A musician was booked for the evening to extend the activation and encourage the adult demographic to linger, enjoy the music, shop, and eat.
