2. Grow awareness and encourage trial for Salata’s new location among people that live and work in the trade area.
3. Encourage attendance for Salata’s Grand Opening Celebration week.
PROBLEMS TO OVERCOME
Salata, a new-to-market, fast-growing restaurant brand, developed a new grand opening plan for franchisees to use as a road map in their markets. Franchisees often struggle finding the time and resources to successfully build, staff, and market a new restaurant.
SOLUTIONS
Urban Enterprises identified key business generators in their trade area and used our specially trained brand ambassadors to hand-deliver marketing materials prior to the event, including bounce-back coupons and catering menus.
The team used our proprietary app to target the employers in Salata’s trade area and a detailed report was provided to them after the promotion.
