Kelly provides executive support to Shayne, serves as a guide and manager for our operations team, runs the financial aspects of the business, and ensures our procedures and processes are as efficient as possible in order to execute successful projects and satisfy clients! She has worked as Shayne’s right hand for over 10 years and has helped Urban expand, pivot, and grow exponentially in that time. Her favorite thing about working for Urban? Our Team! She also loves that we always know the best happenings in Atlanta. And we also happen to have the most fun secret Santa exchange in town!

Abby is a dedicated Account Manager specializing in clients across diverse sectors including real estate, arts + culture, and transportation. As an Account Manager, Abby works closely with clients strategizing, coordinating, and fulfilling a wide range of events, activations, and print marketing strategies. Her expertise lies in crafting innovative campaigns with specific attention to detail and aesthetics that deliver results and drive audience engagement.

Truist Plaza Community Manager
With more than 2 decades of experience in management in the public & private sector Defrieda Doggett’s customer service strength has been tested and substantiated. She has improved her skills and knowledge by folding an understanding of project management, administration, meeting/event planning, and problem solving into her role as Community Manager. Defrieda is adept at creating and maintaining relationships across all business units to foster continuity.
She enjoys a versatile career centered around her love of people and service by serving the tenants of Truist Plaza and Truist Garden buildings. As a certified mediator, she can negotiate a win/win through any conflict all while giving her tenants her southern peach smile, made in Georgia. She comes from a large family where any given holiday centered family gathering totals 100 or more.
A fun tidbit about Defrieda: In 2019, she briefly worked for the National Football League (NFL) and attended her first Super Bowl.
Christie Jo Mayo
Event Staffing Manager
Christie Jo works within the Operations Department to meet staffing needs. Her greatest contribution to the company is the knowledge she’s accumulated working as a Brand Ambassador for five years before officially joining the office staff. Christie Jo has a background in theatre and has found that her training translates well into her current role. She greatly enjoys being the bridge between the Account Leads and Brand Ambassadors to coordinate events in a similar way that a stage manager keeps the director, actors, and crew on the same page throughout a production.

Cat manages the Distribution side of Urban, ensuring that all community and custom distributions are completed in full and on time. Working alongside the Account Leads, Cat follows each project from start to finish, overseeing a step-by-step process that guarantees efficiency, along with the client’s happiness.

Peachtree Center Community Manager
T’Naryl Hines reigns from the San Francisco Bay Area where he studied Journalism at CSU Sacramento. An Atlantan since 2007, he’s been captivated by the blend of diverse cultures, technology, and innovation in the vibrant city of Atlanta. He has worked as a lead problem solver for many luxury front office teams throughout the city such as the InterContinental Buckhead and Mandarin Oriental (now Waldorf Astoria).
TNaryl has been thrilled to be a part of Urban Enterprises as the Community Manager & Concierge at the Information Desk located at The HUB at Peachtree Center since February 2023. He confidently serves as a beacon of knowledge to first-time and regular guests of the HUB. He also provides small business solutions such as printing, scanning, and notary services. He is driven by the gift of sharing his experiences and the ability to shine a light on events and attractions many may not be aware of.
A fun tidbit about TNaryl: During his college years, he worked at the theme park that inspired Walt Disney to build Disneyland named Children’s Fairyland. There, he had a fantastic time working as a puppeteer. Bringing joy to young hearts and witnessing their excitement as he brought characters to life was an unforgettable experience.
